MG rails are profiled recirculating roller guides that ensure high load capacity and stiffness.

MG rails represent an advanced technical solution for the high-tech industry, delivering uncompromising reliability even in the heaviest operations. The monoguide offers excellent performance for high loads and stiffness, while its innovative lubrication system helps to ensure optimal lubricant distribution, extending the service life regardless of mounting configuration.

The geometries and the directions of the roller raceways were calculated by means of FEM according to each individual preload, thus assuring the best performances of load capacities and obtainable accuracies all the time. The rollers with logarithmic profile help to ensure high stiffness, maximum load capacity and long life.

The MG rail can feature a stainless-steel strip that fully covers it, replacing traditional hole plugs. The strip is placed on top of the rail, offering complete coverage and a sleek, new look.

Preferred areas of application

MG Rail is particularly suitable for machine tools, including CNC machines, grinders, and lathes. It finds application in producing precise, high-quality components for automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical and more.
